Pokémon: VGC Cup & Challenge

WHAT IS Pokémon VCG?

OMG’s Pokémon Video Game Tournaments are back on the menu! This event is for both the VGC League Cup & VGC League Challenge. Players compete to earn championship points. Players need to bring their own Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet game and their own Nintendo Switch system & have a team sheet filled out for the tournaments. The price of the event consists of the Cup and the Challenge and you can stay to play casual games for the same entry fee outside of those tournaments (15-21 on weekdays).

• The Challenge will be Bo1 rounds
• The Cup will be Bo3 Swiss rounds into top cut
• We may change the cup to Bo1 to prevent the cup running over the stores closing time (21:00 on weekdays and 18:00 on Saturdays).

PLAY POKÉMON ID

All tournament and casual players are expected to have a Play Pokémon ID (if you’ve visited us before it probably isn’t needed). A judge or Community Manager will ask this ID from you before the tournament. To speed things up, please add your ID to your profile. If you are new to us or the game and are joining our tournament for the first time, get your ID in order BEFORE coming in to the store (this is to save time).
