LEAGUE FEE / COST / PAYMENT

The league is run by Tour Play, which costs 8 €/team and is paid as each coach comes to play their first game.

Each game has a table fee costs of 5 €/game, the normal starting rate for OMG table reservations. You can also play without a table fee at the Bar Luna right in front of OMG, but you are expected to buy something there.

This means that if you have one team this season and play at OMG, you pay 13 € as you come in the first time.

PLAY TIME & RESERVING A TABLE

Tempo is key! Coaches should keep in mind that even though we are there to socialize, we’re there mainly to play. A quick hello and game on! The store closes at 21:00. If you and/or your opponents are relatively new to the game, an 18:00 start at the store will not be enough time and you should play the game in Luna. Even two veteran players might struggle to finish a game in 3h due to the new rulebook.

One coach sends the table reservation email, not both! As you communicate with your opponent, one of the first things that should be made clear is which one sends us the email. Without a table reservation we can not guarantee that there will be enough space. We have a max.cap of 72 seats which have a starting rate of 5€/seat: one BB game takes the space of 4 seats but costs only 5€/player (this cheap-seating system for miniature gamers is under evaluation due to not resulting in higher amount of players or more sales).
