Praedor: Arkesjoki

ARKESJOKI is a solid adventure collection for the Praedor role-playing game. Far away on the eastern edge of Jaconia, a poisonous river flows across the border from Borvaria. It brings gold and death with it. The remote border fortress of Carduca on the riverbank attracts Praedors like a candle to moths. Many have already burned their wings.

ARKESJOKI offers 22 fast-paced, rough and sometimes tragic adventures. Praedors must navigate both the dangers of Borvaria and the machinations of Carduca. The risks are enormous, but so are the rewards if they play their cards right. The actions and choices of adventurers can have far-reaching consequences.

ARKESJOKI is also a solid information package about Jaconia’s eastern borderlands, the river’s past, new rule changes and the use of Adventure Cards. Gamemasters are recommended to purchase the cards. They are available from anywhere in this book, i.e. from well-stocked specialty stores.

PRAEDOR is a popular Finnish fantasy role-playing game based on the comic strips of the same name by artist Petri Hiltunen. Several novels, story collections, crafts, and even music have also been published for Praedor.
