THE BOOK OF STORIES is an adventure collection for the PRAEDOR role-playing game. Its fifteen adventures take adventurers all over Jaconia. They face terrifying monsters and vile mortals. Sometimes challenges can be solved with blood and steel, but often a sharp intellect and a slippery tongue are also needed.

Behind the adventures of THE BOOK OF STORIES are not only role-playing game author Ville “Burgeri” Vuorela, but also other authors and lovers of stories, comics and role-playing games. In addition, there are floor plans of the ruins and Jarno Kantelinen’s wonderful new PRAEDOR comic as introductions to the adventures.

THE BOOK OF STORIES is not about heroes. Its world is cruel, the shadows are deep and the adventurers are outcasts and strangers. The troubadours who sing about the exploits of the Praedors and the brave monster-slayers do not know what they are talking about. Only around a campfire and to the sound of pints are real stories told and real songs sung.
